At Carats Concierge, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation, including certificates (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders, personalized pieces, and engraved items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process:
- Contact us at info@caratsconcierge.com to initiate a return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Custom & Fine Jewelry Return Policy
Each custom piece from Carrots Concierge is designed and crafted exclusively for you. Just as no two people are exactly the same, no two custom pieces are either. Every detail from the design to the materials is tailored to your individual vision, style, and story.
Because of this deeply personal process, custom jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable. These pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold or repurposed for someone else.
Please keep in mind:
• All custom orders are final sale. This includes any jewelry made to your specifications, featuring personalized elements like custom design work, engraving, or modifications.
• We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to changes of mind, sizing errors, or design adjustments after final approval.
Adjustments & Sizing:
• If your piece requires a small modification (such as resizing or a chain length adjustment), we may be able to offer complimentary or low-cost options within 14 days of delivery.
• Additional services beyond this window may be available for a fee.
Quality Guarantee:
• If your piece arrives with a defect or issue due to our workmanship, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll evaluate the concern and make it right, whether through repair or remake, at no additional cost to you.
